We're looking for a Retail Beauty Advisor who loves helping people, has a passion for skincare and makeup, and enjoys creating memorable client experiences. At ISSADA, our team is more than retail; we educate, inspire, and build genuine relationships with every client. As the beauty industry continues to evolve, you'll also help bring the ISSADA brand to life, creating authentic content and sharing your passion for beauty with our community, both in-store and online.

What You'll Do
Consult & personalise - Understand each client's skin needs and recommend tailored skincare and makeup solutions.
Deliver Exceptional Service - Create a welcoming, personalised experience for every client, ensuring each visit reflects the premium standard of the ISSADA brand
Inspire through artistry - Deliver flawless applications for events, tutorials, and occasions, showcasing ISSADA's unique mineral formulations.
Drive Retail Success - Deliver exceptional customer service, confidently recommend complete skincare and makeup routines, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Educate with confidence - Share product science, ingredient knowledge, and trends in skincare and cosmetics.
Create experiences - Lead tutorials, workshops,



and events that strengthen client connection to the brand.
Share the ISSADA Story - Help bring our brand to life by capturing authentic photos and videos, appearing in social media content, and sharing your passion for beauty with our community.
Represent excellence - Maintain polished presentation and uphold ISSADA's reputation for prestige and professionalism.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years' retail experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
Strong makeup artistry skills with proven colour-matching and application techniques.
Skincare knowledge (ingredients, product benefits, and skin types); formal training is an advantage.
Proven sales track record with confidence in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, educate clients, and confidently recommend the right products for their individual needs.
Comfortable creating authentic social media content, appearing on camera, and sharing your passion for beauty across digital platforms.
A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skin and beauty goals.
