This role is primarily Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Home Modifications (Home Mods) and Assistive Technology (AT), with a majority neuro caseload (e.g., stroke and acquired/traumatic brain injury).

The opportunity

$85,000–$115,000 + super

What you'll do
Functional Capacity Assessments:
Plan and complete FCAs end-to-end for adult clients, producing transparent, defensible, goal-aligned reports
Home Modifications:




Conduct home assessments (minor to complex), liaise with clients, families, builders/tradies and stakeholders; prepare evidence-based recommendations and documentation
Assistive Technology:
Lead AT trials and prescriptions (e.g., seating/wheelchairs, ADL aids, mobility and environmental controls) in partnership with suppliers
Stakeholder collaboration:
Work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and the MDT to translate goals into functional outcomes
Clinical quality:
Maintain timely documentation and contribute to service improvement

What you will need:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
Driver's license and own vehicle
