About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager who thrives in a premium automotive environment and can drive finance & insurance performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Present and offer finance & insurance solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner
Manage all documentation and compliance requirements with accuracy and integrity




Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise F&I; penetration and customer satisfaction
Maintain solid relationships with lending partners and stakeholders
Deliver premium customer service aligned with Audi brand standards

About You
Previous experience as a Business Manager in automotive F&I;
Strong understanding of finance products, insurance offerings, and compliance
Proven track record achieving strong per‑vehicle revenue and penetration results
A customer‑first mindset with exceptional communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to work in a rapid‑paced luxury environment
