We are looking to appoint on a contract basis an experienced TENDER MANAGER to assist with
Bidding and Finalising the entire process for Trinity to become an AGED CARE HOME provider
The process includes online application and responds to Commission’s question online and provision of support documents which includes a wide range of documents policy and procedure manual business plan system registers in forms Welcome back staff training etc Commission will assess application in the audit it as per Chapter 3 of Aged Care Act 2024 under powers vested by Chapter 1 which requires the applicant to meet certain conditions. These include meeting all conditions as imposed by Part 4, Div. 1 of the Act and Aged Care Rules 2025, and conditions under s143.
Applicant must meet conditions of s109 , which also defines suitability to inter-alia include that there was no compliance by the entity with any Commonwealth, or State laws, no banning order or revocation or suspension issued by NDIS and the entity’s previous experience and performance in delivering funded aged care services in the entity’s intended service types or other similar services, sound financial systems , systems used for it, each responsible person is suitable ( not unsuitable or disqualified). {There is additional condition of audit for Cat 4 and Cat 5 and Cat 6. S 110}.
