About the roles
OurLeading Hands will be hands-on while keeping a crew organised and the job moving, working closely with the site foremen day-to-day.
What we're looking for:
Trade qualified — carpentry background preferred for Leading Hand roles
5+ years onsite residential experience
Minimum 2 years in a leading hand, foreman or supervisory role
Experience in high-end single residential and/or Class 2 multi-residential
Positive eye for architectural detail and finishes
Confident managing subbies, schedules and client-facing situations
Full working rights in Australia
