About the role:
We have Excellent prospect for a Truss Detailer to join the Coastline Frame & Truss team . This role will ensure accurate detailing for our customers within agreed time frames for the supply of Roof Trusses. As a Truss Detailer at Coastline, you will work in an informal environment that has retained a family feel. We are a privately owned business that is constantly growing, we have a close relationship with our builders and you will have the autonomy to make decisions and have some fun along the way.
We will also offer a relocation package to the right applicant looking to take advantage of a coastal lifestyle.
What you can expect to do:
Truss detailing in timber utilizing Multinail software
Communicate with builders and customers during design and construction
Designing of timber components using engineered software
Provide customer service to trade customers
Ensure all enquiries/concerns are followed up
Liaise with trade customers and suppliers
What we need from you:
Excellent communication skills in dealing with both internal and external customers
Ability to work in and contribute to a team
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of the building industry and the relevant Australian Standards
Knowledge of engineering/drawing programs
Great communication skills
Previous Truss detailing experience minimum 2 years
Experience and the ability to accurately detail domestic housing, multi res and unit developments
Ensure all enquiries/concerns are followed up within required time frames
