About You




Previous experience in residential or commercial property management
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilitiesli>
Confident managing priorities and resolving issues professionally
Eager to build a long-term career in commercial property management
The Role
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
Prepare and administer commercial leases
Negotiate lease renewals and coordinate lease documentation
Maintain accurate records using RP Office
Monitor rental arrears and follow up with tenants
Coordinate maintenance and contractor works
Prepare rent reviews, annual rent increases, and outgoing reconciliations
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Work alongside a supportive administration team, allowing you to focus on client service and portfolio management
