An exciting opportunity because of business growth has been created up for an experienced Retail Centre Manager to join Savills to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail assets across metropolitan Sydney. This role is ideal for someone ready to leverage their existing property and asset management expertise while continuing to grow and develop within a global market leader. You'll take ownership of centre performance, stakeholder relationships and operational excellence, with the support and scale that Savills provides. What You'll be Doing
Overseeing the management of a portfolio of retail assets
Ensuring the centres are managed and operated to the very highest of professional standards
Maintaining strict adherence to KPIs and Management Agreements
Overseeing of facilities/operations and risk management
Preparing and implementing budgets, business plans, and owner reports
Presenting property performance to key stakeholders
Maintaining accurate lease and correspondence records
Controlling operating costs and ensure financial reporting accuracy
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail centre management or similar
Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong financial management and budgeting expertise




Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Retailer-focused approach with a thorough understanding of the Retail Leases Act
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI software experience is a plus
