We are seeking a
Property Officer/Property Manager
to join the team at Elever Realty in Orange, NSW. This is a
part-time position
offering flexibility whilst delivering essential property management and leasing services. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our residential properties, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and property compliance. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for excellence in residential property management across the Orange region.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with day-to-day operations of residential properties, including maintenance coordination and tenant communication
Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports on property condition and any required repairs
Ensuring properties comply with local regulations, safety standards and legal requirements
Scheduling and coordinating repairs, cleaning services and property maintenance with contractors
Maintaining accurate property files and documentation in line with company procedures
Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, landlords and service providers
What we're looking for
Proven experience in residential property management, leasing or real estate administration
Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management regulations in New South Wales
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities when dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors




Proficiency in property management software and general computer systems
Attention to detail and accuracy when processing documentation and financial records
Problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to addressing tenant and property needs
Reliable, qualified demeanour with a strong work ethic
Current driver's licence for property inspections and viewings
A relevant qualification or certification in property management is preferred but not essential
