Spare Parts Manager
to lead our Parts Department in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised professional with strong leadership skills, extensive product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As our Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the Spare Parts Department
Interpreting and identifying industrial, diesel, and heavy equipment parts and components
Providing expert advice and support to customers and workshop staff
Managing inventory, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships
Preparing quotations, processing orders,



and overseeing invoicing
Ensuring accurate parts identification and timely supply
Monitoring stock levels and implementing effective inventory management strategies
Driving continuous improvement within the department
Mentoring and supporting team members to achieve high performance
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Spare Parts Manager or senior Spare Parts Interpreter role
Strong knowledge of industrial, heavy diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment parts
Experience managing inventory systems and parts catalogues
Proven leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A current driver's licence (preferred)
