The Switch Lachlan Macquarie Park opens its doors in October ****—a brand-current 491-bed student and co-living community in Sydney. We're seeking a Residence Manager to run day‐to‐day operations, deputise for the GM, and own the resident experience from day one.
You'll lead service delivery across housekeeping, maintenance, front‐of‐house and admin; drive occupancy; manage budgets and compliance; recruit and coach a hands-on on-site team; and build lasting relationships with residents and partners.
