We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Manager to take ownership of our traffic operations and play a key role in growing this division of the business. This is a leadership position suited to someone with robust industry knowledge, excellent organizational capability and a proactive, business‑minded approach.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the operational, compliance and scheduling requirements of our traffic control division. This includes overseeing daily works, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant, and supporting our team across multiple active sites.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing ITPs and all required traffic control documentation
Creating, reviewing and managing Traffic Control Plans (TCPs)
Applying for and managing ROLs , permits and approvals
Daily allocation and scheduling of traffic controllers




Coordinating traffic control operations across multiple sitesEnsuring all works meet compliance and safety standards
Leading, supporting and developing the traffic control team
Identifying current business opportunities and assisting with client engagement

Proven ability to manage operations, compliance and documentation
