Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in the successful financial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to completion. Key Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting
Prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements
Assess and process subcontractor claims and variations
Lead procurement activities and package letting
Monitor project costs, risks, and contractual compliance
Assist Project Managers with project delivery and commercial strategy
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting throughout delivery

About You
7+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
Proven experience delivering projects in Australia
Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
Excellent financial and cost management skills
High attention to detail and solid organisational ability
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar preferred
