You’ll own:
Payroll and HRIS accuracy
Workforce planning as the business scales
Recruitment and onboarding
Employee relations and performance management
Employee development and retention

You’ll need:
2–5 years in HR / People & Culture
Solid grasp of Australian employment law
Comfort managing ER and building relationships with operational teams
HRIS proficiency (payroll, reporting, employee data)

This is a hands on role in a business where People & Culture actually shapes how things run not just admin.
