An exciting opportunity exists for a highly professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our prestigious jewellery boutique located in the heart of Sydney CBD.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for every client.

About the Role

This is a full time position Tuesday to Friday where you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. As the face of our boutique, you will play an integral role in maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism that our brand is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in a warm, qualified, and courteous manner.
Manage customer enquiries and direct them promptly to the appropriate sales consultant.
Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the relevant team members.
Provide administrative and general support to the sales team.




Assist in ensuring the reception area and boutique presentation remain immaculate at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A polished, professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using general computer systems.
Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a reception, luxury retail, or customer-facing role (essential).
