We are currently seeking experienced Urgent Care RNs to join our expanding team on either a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible shift options available across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

About the Role
As an Urgent Care RN, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and patient-centred care within a supportive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing clinical triage and patient assessments
Identifying and escalating patient deterioration where required
Delivering front-line nursing and procedural care
Assisting with treatment room procedures and acute presentations
Collaborating closely with medical practitioners and the wider clinical team
Providing compassionate and professional patient care
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supporting a safe and positive workplace culture
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, hands-on care, teamwork, and working within an evolving and growing healthcare model.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 3 years nursing experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
Emergency Department
Triage
ICU/CCU
Rural or Remote Nursing
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to recognise and escal
Confidence working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
A genuine passion for patient-centred care
You will also be required to provide:
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
