full-time role (five days per week)
across
chairside assisting, sterilisation, and reception

About the role
The successful applicant will support the day-to-day operation of the practice, including:
Chairside dental assisting in a general dentistry setting
Instrument cleaning and sterilisation
Patient communication and appointment coordination
General support of the clinical and administrative team
This is not a reception-only role. The successful applicant must be comfortable working in the surgery.
Training and support
Full on-the-job training provided
— no experience required
Training will
commence primarily in the clinical and sterilisation areas
, ensuring a strong foundation in infection control and clinical workflows
Reception duties will be introduced progressively
once confidence and proficiency in the clinical setting are demonstrated
Ongoing mentoring and support throughout the training period

Is willing and able to work until
7:00 pm
on rostered days
Maintains
high standards of personal hygiene and professional presentation

Must hold
Australian permanent residency or citizenship
to be eligible for this role
