Capital Cleaning Group is one of Canberra's leading commercial cleaning companies, delivering high-quality cleaning services across the ACT, Snowy Mountains and surrounding regions.
We're looking for an experienced
Regional Manager
to lead our operations across multiple client sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for service quality, client relationships, staff management and operational performance.

About the Role
This is a hybrid role involving regular travel throughout the region to support our teams, maintain robust client relationships and ensure our high service standards are consistently achieved.
You will be responsible for:
Managing multiple commercial cleaning contracts and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations
Leading, coaching and supporting supervisors and cleaning teams across multiple locations
Conducting regular site inspections, quality audits and compliance checks
Managing staffing, rosters, labour productivity and operational performance
Building strong relationships with clients and resolving service issues professionally




Ensuring compliance with WHS, company policies and quality standards
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contract growth
About You
You'll be a motivated leader with excellent organisational and communication skills and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you'll have:
Experience managing commercial cleaning or facilities management operations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent client relationship and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong organisational and time management skills
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
