Part Time Receptionist

The Perks

Part time hours will be considered
Market-competitive salary – up to $70k
Mon - Fri role - NO weekends!
The Role
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Handle general office administration and manage office supplies
Direct incoming calls and assist the property management team with administration
Provide admin and marketing support to the sales team
Prepare meeting rooms and materials, attend photoshoots as needed
Maintain a skilled and welcoming office environment
The Person
Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
Previous admin or marketing experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and willingness to learn
Genuine interest in building a career in real estate
