About the Role
:
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised
Stock Intake Assistant
to join our Pre-Delivery team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working around vehicles, has strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
Tagging and organising vehicle keys
Checking incoming vehicles for any transport damage
Assisting with vehicle movements and coordination from holding yards




Maintaining accurate vehicle records and stock organisation
Supporting the Pre-Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations
Ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for processing
About You
:
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work efficiently in a team environment
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable working around vehicles and in an active yard environment
Automotive industry experience advantageous but not essential
Current driver's licence preferred
What We Offer

Full-time stable position
38-hour work week
Early finish lifestyle hours: 7:30am - 3:36pm
