Silverchain in Windsor is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older adults in their homes and help them live independently for longer. You will perform housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and social support, while travelling to clients' homes with your own insured vehicle.

We value empathy, reliability, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families. Pre-employment checks apply, and CPR/First Aid courses are provided.
