About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Dental Receptionist to join our professional and caring team. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities




Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments and handling accounts
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

About You
Previous dental reception experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional presentation and manner
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
