Our services include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
This role will report to the Care Manager Right at Home Sydney Upper North Shore.
This position is on a casual basis with work mainly in the North of Sydney.
Here is a bit more about your role as a personal care worker:
You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients' individual needs in both their home and community
All of our clients are based in Sydney Upper North Shore Area
Paid hours (casual) + Kilometres + Super - Attractive hourly rates!




Paid time in between back-to-back clients!
Shifts available at all times giving you the opportunity create your own hours
You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own car to use on shifts
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES as a personal care worker may include:
Personal Care
Domestic Assistance
Meal Preparation
Medication Assistance
Respite
Transport to appointments and shopping, or any other social activity
Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it on a daily basis
