Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Immunisation Health Worker to support on-time vaccination of Aboriginal children. This permanent part time role is based in Sydney NSW and involves engagement with AIR data and local communities.
You will collaborate with parents, immunisation providers and Aboriginal community organisations to ensure timely immunisation and adherence to NSW Health policies and TB/air requirements.
