Quest Macquarie Park is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. You will handle front office duties, respond to inquiries, and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs while promoting our accommodation services.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for guest service, robust communication, and a team-oriented approach. Previous front office experience in hospitality is highly desirable, with versatile shifts including weekends and public holidays.
