Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we now have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced
Site Supervisor/Leading Hand
to join the team.
As a
Site Supervisor/Leading Hand
, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of large-scale CCTV, Access Control, and Communications projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Duties
Oversee and assist with the installation,
termination, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intercom, and communications systems
Lead security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are achieved
Coordinate and mentor technicians to deliver high‐quality, compliant installations
Liaise with clients, builders, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
Ensure strict adherence to WHS, site procedures, and company standards
Provide regular project updates to management using company project management systems
Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project performance
What you need
Strong technical background in the security or communications trade
Proven experience working within construction environments
Demonstrated ability to lead works on site and guide teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, builders, and stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational, time‐management, and problem‐solving skills
Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team
Valid driver's licence
White Card / OHS Construction Induction
EWP licence
Restricted or Open Cabling Registration (desirable)
Professional presentation and a safety‐first mindset
