BlueCare is seeking a Practice Lead within the Clinical Care Governance & Risk team. This role focuses on embedding the BlueCare Quality framework to advance consumer experience and continuous improvement in residential services.
You will review and develop policies, procedures and tools to support Quality Protected Care, aligned to best practice, with travel across Queensland as needed. A nursing/allied health background plus current AHPRA registration is required.
