RSEA Safety is seeking an experienced NSW Hire Operations Manager to lead our NSW operations, directing drivers, yard staff and administration to deliver exceptional service. You will manage fleet, assets, maintenance and compliance while driving continuous improvement and robust safety practices across the state.
Reporting to the Head of Hire, you will coordinate mobilisations, plan installations, and work with customers and internal teams to meet commercial and operational targets.
