We are seeking an Park Lead / Caretaker at Etty Bay Caravan Park. This is a fixed 12-month contract with the option to renew. Remuneration is open for negotiation.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will undergo a mentoring/training program that will provide you with the tools required to execute the role. However the ideal candidate must possess the following essential skills and experience:
Strong computer skills and experience in working with cloud-based platforms
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality,



Tourism or Business management is highly desirable
Be able to work efficiently and effectively, understanding constraints such as allocated budgets and maintaining company standards
Comfort with ambiguity, willingness to adapt and follow the system
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
