Role Overview
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at our established practice in Liverpool.
The successful applicant will report to the Head Secretary and/or Administration Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality reception duties while providing an empathetic and friendly service to all our patients and referring practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
Perform reception duties with high attention to detail
Provide empathetic and friendly service to our patients and referring practitioners
Manage multi-tasking and prioritisation effectively
Work well under pressure in a team workplace
Experience & Attributes
Previous medical / radiology experience is desirable, but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
