Your day will include:
Supporting administration teams across multiple office locations
Travelling between offices to provide hands‐on operational support
Training, mentoring and onboarding new administration staff
Assisting the Operations Manager with team development and process improvements
Coordinating property marketing,



campaigns and general sales administration
Providing reception and concierge support when required
Maintaining exceptional presentation and consistency across all offices
Being the go‐to person for administrative support and problem solving
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous administration experience (real estate experience highly regarded)
Is exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
Loves working with people and delivers exceptional customer service
Can confidently juggle multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys taking initiative
Holds a current driver's licence and has their own reliable vehicle
Is happy travelling between office locations as part of the role
