At Lifespan Therapy Services, we're seeking both a Senior Occupational Therapist and an Occupational Therapist (new graduate to experienced) to join our growing team. Position 1: Senior Occupational Therapist
The Senior Occupational Therapist Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will balance advanced clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, supporting both clients and clinicians to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership
Manage a complex and varied NDIS caseload
Complete high-quality assessments, reports and recommendations
Provide clinical guidance and support to team members on complex cases
Assist with clinical decision-making and problem-solving across the team
Contribute to maintaining high standards of evidence-based practice
Supervision & Mentoring
Provide supervision, mentoring and support to junior Occupational Therapists and new graduates
Assist in onboarding and developing clinicians across various stages of their careers
Facilitate reflective practice and clinical reasoning discussions
Support report review and quality assurance processes




Team Development & Learning
Lead and facilitate internal learning activities, case discussions and professional development sessions
Encourage a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
Operational Support
Assist with referral allocation and caseload management to ensure equitable distribution of work
Assist with recruitment

Essential Requirements
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum 4+ years post-graduate experience (NDIS experience highly regarded)
Strong assessment, report-writing and clinical reasoning skills
Experience working with complex disability presentations
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Position 2: Occupational Therapist (New Graduate to Experienced)
The Occupational Therapist Role
We are seeking Occupational Therapists ranging from new graduates through to experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, community-based services and making a genuine difference in people's lives.
Support Built Into Your Career

No KPIs for new graduates during the first 6 months
All reports co-reviewed by a senior clinician
Regular supervision and mentorship
Clinical brainstorming and collaboration
