About the role
As a Team Leader in Lawn and Garden Maintenance at Todd's Landscape Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a small team of one or two gardeners in delivering high-quality lawn and garden maintenance services to our clients. This is a full-time role based in Cockburn, Western Australia servicing sites all around the metro area which are high quality commercial businesses, predominately in aged care.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating a small team of one or two gardeners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Assigning tasks to team members to meet client requirements
Performing tasks alongside the team members to meet these client requirements and leading by example
Providing hands-on support and guidance to the team, including demonstrating gardening and landscaping techniques
Monitoring the quality of work and providing feedback to team members to maintain high standards
Liaising with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on team performance to management
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within the lawn and garden maintenance industry
Strong knowledge of gardening and landscaping techniques, including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that arise




Ability to work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery
A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate landscaping equipment
Possession of a valid C class (car) driver's licence is required for this position
Australian work rights are required for this role
