About the role
This role is responsible for the planning and implementation of an innovative educational program for children from 6 weeks to 6 years within the National Quality Framework, contributing to high‐quality services and positive outcomes for our community.
In this role you will:
Implement, evaluate and continuously improve a high-quality educational program that reflects the principles and practices of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Lead, model and implement effective pedagogical and reflective approaches to support children's learning and development outcomes
Maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families to assess and support children's learning and wellbeing
Comply with program related legislation guidelines, Council policies,
statutory obligations and the National Quality Framework principles.

We are offering a permanent full time opportunity, with a competitive remuneration package from $91,365 to $100,642 plus 12% superannuation. ECEC Retention Allowance may also be included, subject to available funding.

About you
Demonstrated experienceas an Early Childhood Teacherworking in aEducation and Care Service with children aged 0-6years.
Extensive knowledge and experienceimplementing theEarly Years Learning FrameworkV2and the National Quality Framework.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing early childhood education programs that respond to children's interests,needsand abilities, and are informed by current research and best practice
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations*****)&Education; and Care Services National Law*****).
Highly developed understandingof the Child Safe Standardsanddemonstratedabilitytoapply them in creating andmaintaininga child-secure environment.

ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification
Registration withNSWEducationStandards Authority (NESA)as an accredited Early Childhood Teacher
Current Child Protection Training CHCPRT025

Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
