The Sunshine Coast Mazda Receptionist is responsible for;
Interacting with all customers and visitors to the Dealership
Providing a profession ultimate customer experience with each interaction
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
General administration clerical duties
Supporting the operations of the Sales, Service and Parts departments
Being the welcoming voice, and face of the dealership





Successful applicant will need;
Strong administration and computer skills
Friendly and profession nature
Experience with ERA / ERA Power advantageous
Have exceptional time management in working to deadlines
Willing to work under pressure
Be team centric, and supportive of others
Robust work ethic and ability to work autonomously
Process driven
Robust attention to detail
