The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all times to doctors, patients, visitors, service partners and suppliers.
The position is responsible for ensuring the provision of productive and effective administrative support service in accordance with corporate polices to the Visiting Medical Officers.
Completion of auditing and reporting requirements in accordance with polices will be part of this role.
Close liaison with the Private Practice Manager is required to ensure processes are streamlined with Kellyville Private Hospital.
