The Opportunity
Ready to become a Mini Monstars Music Coach?
We're looking for energetic, reliable and engaging individuals to deliver our signature
play-based music and movement programs
for children aged 0–5 in early learning centres.
Using our pre-written, proven sessions, you'll bring music to life through
song, rhythm, instruments, movement and imagination
, helping little learners build confidence, creativity and a lifelong love of music.
What Your Day Looks Like
Deliver fun, interactive music sessions ****** mins)
Lead groups of up to 20 children through structured musical play
Sing, move, play instruments and demonstrate actions (yes... plenty of dancing and silly songs!)
Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
Work closely with educators to support each group
Shifts run mornings through early afternoons (Mon–Fri only)
Perfect for school hours or around your uni schedule

Work independently while staying connected to our coaching crew
Requirements
Current Employee WWCC
Experience working with children (especially under 5s)
Driver's licence + reliable transport (travelling between centres)
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Understanding of ECEC frameworks (EYLF/NQS)
