About the Company
Our client is Australia's leading supplier of 4x4 ute tray accessories, based near North Lakes. With a strong reputation in the offroad and 4x4 industry, they're known for quality products and a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Create a memorable customer experience by following orders through from point of sale, across departments, ensuring products are delivered in full and on time
Process internal sales orders efficiently and accurately
Support the sales team and dealers with order, stock,



and delivery updates
Assist walk-in customers with over-the-counter sales
Build and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Prepare quotes and manage data entry in the ERP system
What You'll Bring
Knowledge of offroad and/or 4x4 accessories (highly regarded)
Sales experience or a strong understanding of sales practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident, outgoing, and professional manner
Solid organisational and planning skills
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (highly regarded)
