About the Role
Working closely with our Sales Executives, you'll play an integral role in managing equipment finance applications from initial quote through to settlement.
You'll liaise with clients, lenders and internal teams to ensure applications progress smoothly while providing exceptional service throughout the finance journey.
Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, assist with workflow management and contribute to the ongoing development of our Broker Support team.
Finance applications typically range from
$20,000 through to $2 million+
, supporting Australian businesses across a broad range of industries.
Your Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
Preparing finance quotations




Processing commercial equipment finance applications
Preparing and submitting loan applications to our panel of lenders
Negotiating approvals with lenders
Managing applications from submission through to settlement
Liaising with clients, lenders and internal stakeholders
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the finance process
Maintaining accurate application and settlement records
Supporting Sales Executives with day-to-day administration
For more experienced candidates, you'll also:
Assist in coordinating Broker Support workflow
Support team development and mentoring
Help ensure service level agreements are achieved
Act as a key link between Brokers and the Broker Support team
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
About You
