Elizabeth Morgan House Aboriginal Women's Services Inc in Ravenhall, VIC, is seeking a Team Leader to provide operational leadership for culturally secure, trauma-informed and person-centred therapeutic programs within a correctional environment.
You will work with AHU staff, Elders and community partners to maintain service delivery, develop programs, ensure compliance and support staff development in a setting that prioritises self-determination for Aboriginal women and their families.
