What you'll do
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and design tailored solutions using Service Cloud.
Present and demonstrate the value of our products to clients, ensuring they understand how to maximize their use of our technology.
Work closely with sales teams to support the sales process and contribute to the development of proposals.
Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase of projects.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution engineering or technical sales role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud.




Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Nice to have
Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Apex or Java.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a technology company.
Skills & tools
Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies.
Knowledge of integration tools and APIs.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Robust presentation and communication skills.
