We're looking for a talented
Senior Animator
to lead the creation of beautiful, meaningful animations that elevate the learning experience for hundreds of thousands of clinicians worldwide.
The Role
As Senior Animator, you'll play a central role in shaping the visual language of Psychwire's educational content. Working alongside members of our post-production team, you'll transform complex psychological concepts into clear, engaging, emotionally intelligent animations.
You'll be both a hands-on animator and a creative leader—bringing ideas to life while helping establish animation standards and mentoring others within the production team.

What You'll Do
Lead the animation production for our online courses.
Learn and adhere to our workflows and processes.
Design and animate engaging 2D motion infographics, composited b-roll sequences, and 2D character animations.
Collaborate closely with senior members of the production team from concept through to delivery.
Translate complex clinical concepts into simple, elegant visual explanations.
Help define and evolve Psychwire's animation style and production standards.
Provide feedback and mentoring to other animators.
Contribute creative ideas throughout the production process.
About You




You are an experienced animator who combines technical excellence with strong storytelling instincts. You care deeply about creating work that is thoughtful, engaging and genuinely useful for learners.
You'll likely bring:
5+ years' professional animation experience.
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating motion design, 2D character animation and visual storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Strong skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience creating animations for education, documentary, healthcare, technology or other information-rich content.
A strong understanding of timing, pacing, composition and design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality.
Experience mentoring or leading creative team members is highly regarded.
