Risk 2 Solution (R2S) is growing — and due to internal promotions, we're looking for an experienced casual Trainer to join our team delivering accredited and non-accredited training across Melbourne, with occasional travel to regional Victoria (including the odd overnight stay, travel expenses covered).

What you'll deliver
Conflict management
Aggressive behaviour management training
Occupational violence and prevention training
Evacuation exercises
Chief warden and warden training
Critical incident management training
Security awareness and personal safety training
Defensive tactics
Emergency response
Crisis management
Risk management
Your role
On-site and virtual training delivery
Preparing and tailoring training materials and lesson plans to suit different client needs and audiences
Assessing participant competency and providing constructive feedback
Report drafting, including findings and recommendations
Conducting pre-training site or risk assessments where required
Maintaining accurate training records and compliance documentation
Liaising with clients to understand training objectives and any site-specific requirements
Project oversight
Keeping up to date with relevant WHS legislation, industry standards, and best practice




Contributing to the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods

What you'll need
Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience
Minimum 2 years' experience delivering training
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or higher
Current Victorian security licence (highly desirable)
Working with Children Check and/or National Police Check (highly desirable)
Current First Aid/CPR certificate
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Sound working knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles
Adaptability and confidence delivering training both on-site and virtually
Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
Own laptop
