Millennium Services Group in Bayside, VIC, is seeking a Control Room Operator to monitor daily site operations within a large-scale retail workplace. You will manage communications, monitor CCTV and alarms, and respond to incidents to support continuous security service delivery.
The role requires strong situational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Shifts include weekdays day, with night/weekend coverage as needed.
