As a member of our Leadership & Learning (L&L;) team, you will be based in either our Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane office. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the adoption and effective application of digital solutions, promoting best practices and integrating digital tools into daily legal operations.

What you'll do
Design and develop engaging learning experiences that support the implementation of digital tools.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored educational content.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.




Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A relevant degree in education, instructional design, or a similar discipline.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone.
Experience in the legal or professional services sector.
Skills & tools
E-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Final Cut Pro).
