The opportunity

Initially, your focus will be speaking with local homeowners, identifying opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

You will receive direct mentoring from Matthew and Joshua Somerville while developing experience in:
Prospecting and client follow-up
Building and maintaining relationships
Property appraisals and listing presentations
Buyer management and open homes
Marketing, negotiations and sales

What we’re looking for

Experience isn’t essential. The right person will be:
Confident and personable on the phone




Naturally positive with people
Motivated, reliable and eager to learn
Comfortable initiating conversations
Driven by goals and personal development
Interested in building a long-term real estate career

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sport or sales may be helpful, but attitude and work ethic matter most.
