Operations Coordinator / Team Assistant
to join their close-knit team and support their continued growth.
Duties Include
Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling
Assist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding support
Provide administration support to the divisional team
Manage timesheets and ensure accuracy of records
Assist with company compliance requirements, including tracking licences and certifications
Support day-to-day operations and team coordination
Maintain reports, records and operational documentation




Coordinate meetings, calendars and internal communications
Assist with general office administration and team support
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure processes run efficiently
Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as required
About You
Strong administration background
Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Operations Coordinator, PA or similar support role
Corporate experience is advantageous but not essential
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced setting
Proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
