About the Role
We are seeking a
Part-Time Passenger Service Agent
(minimum 20 hours per week) to help deliver a seamless and positive travel experience for passengers.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service and curating a positive, memorable experience for our passengers
Processing passenger check-in and boarding
Verifying passports and travel documents
Allocating seats and issuing boarding passes
Assisting passengers with special needs
Performing boarding gate duties and passenger announcements
Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and airline procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be available to work a
24/7 rotational roster
(essential)
Have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
Hold a current Victorian Driver Licence (minimum P1/P2)
Have proven customer service experience
Be reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented




Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have strong communication, computer, and organisational skills
Work well independently and as part of a team
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
Be willing to complete a Police Check, ASIC Security Check, and pre-employment medical
