We have an opportunity for an experienced Commis Chef to join our team at a stunning resort, working across a variety of dining outlets.
You will primarily work in our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill, known for its refined atmosphere and seasonal, locally inspired menu. You may also have the chance to work in our food truck at Summersalt, our adults-only pool bar with a Mediterranean-inspired snack menu, or poolside at Breeze Café, which has a menu designed specifically for the poolside dining experience.
This is a casual position with approximately 30 hours per week. Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts is required.
You may have experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or hotel/resort workplace serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and are looking for a recent challenge.
