About the Role
As the
Pharmacy Manager
at our one of our pharmacies, you will:
Deliver quality pharmacy professional services
to the community
Lead and inspire a dynamic team




to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives
Manage all pharmacy operations
, including setting and monitoring budgets, delivering clinical & professional services, and ensuring a high standard of patient care
Foster customer loyalty by building strong relationships and offering expert health counselling and clinical interventions.
Contribute to the
growth and success
of the pharmacy, aligning with our long‐term strategic goals of becoming a leader in integrated healthcare
What You'll Need
We're looking for a motivated qualified who is:
Tertiary qualified
with a
Bachelor of Pharmacy
degree.
An AHPRA registered
Pharmacist
with at least
3 years' experience
in Australia.
Highly skilled in
clinical pharmacy
with a passion for ongoing professional development.
A proven leader with a strong track record of
team management
and driving success in a competitive market.
Experienced in managing
budgets
and other key business management tools.
Customer-focused
, with excellent
counselling and patient interaction
skills.
A proactive problem solver with the ability to make
sound decisions
in fast-paced environments.
Desirable
: QCPP experience, immunisation accreditation, and any relevant extended training in the pharmacy field.
